Highlighting artists who created their own platforms, audiences, and spaces, often without mainstream support, this exhibition invites the public to contribute, preserving this collective history for future generations.
Through vintage mixtapes, iconic magazine covers, and fly-posted walls, visitors explore how movements like grime and lovers' rock reshaped the sound of Britain. Experience how these genres have evolved into powerful statements of identity and resistance, continuing to inspire future artists today.
