London Symphony Orchestra: Family Concert – Just One More Story
Suitable for 7- to 12-year-olds and their families
We all want just one more story – whether it’s another picture book or another episode of our favourite TV show – but there’s more than one way to tell a tale!
Join Tim Redmond, Hannah Andrusier and the London Symphony Orchestra as they use children’s classics from Hairy Maclary to Matilda, alongside works by Mozart, Bartók and Elgar, to show that music can be just as powerful as words in bringing a story to life.
LSO Family Concerts are a fun, informative way for families to experience live music together and learn more about the instruments of the orchestra. Each concert is based on a theme, with free workshops before the performance, and the opportunity for everyone to get involved by playing or singing along with the audience participation piece during the concert.
The concert will finish at approximately 3.30pm (timings subject to change).
