What Is Happening Inside? is a development programme in which young people produced sound pieces that engaged with what happens inside institutions and considered how communities can take control.
The programme was accompanied by a series of talks bringing together leading practitioners who explore radical audio and spatial design approaches.
The sound pieces were originally intended to be presented as part of RESOLVE Collective’s exhibition them’s the breaks, which finished early after RESOLVE Collective and their collaborators were subject to a number of unacceptable experiences.
