With this in mind we have curated a playlist from across a range of genres, including music that connects you with your inner life and provides space for reflection in solitude; music specifically taken from healing traditions; and music for hope and resilience. There’s music that is spiritual and prayerful in the broadest sense, and music that takes you beyond personal sadness into something more universal.
