What does ‘natural’ actually mean, and how does it relate to what we call ‘man-made’?
In one sense, everything is natural. The atoms which make up our universe were here long before the first humans started fashioning tools. So if everything is natural, can we legitimately use the term ‘man-made’? Each artist in this exhibition explores a unique perspective of existence. Their viewpoints and practices are gratifyingly diverse. They invite you to share their questioning of what it means to be influenced by the forces of life, and to leave our own fingerprints in the Universe around us. Please note that the library is closed on Sundays.
