Join one of the UK’s most popular TV presenters, Holly Willoughby, for an intimate and entertaining evening to celebrate the publication of her new book, Reflections.
Live in conversation, Holly will draw on her own experience as she reflects on what it means to live a full life, treat yourself with kindness, and make your life beautiful inside out. She’ll explore the importance of listening to intuition and consider why, in a modern world, we often feel simultaneously frantically busy and completely detached.
Untangling issues such as body-image, burnout and control, Holly will encourage you on a moving and inspiring journey of self-discovery. With topics as varied as how to find your signature lipstick, reclaim your sexuality, or how to know and celebrate yourself, Holly will help you on your way to feeling beautiful, confident, and complete.
With Holly’s signature candour, humour and hard-won insight, this event promises to explore what it means to live a beautiful life in the modern world.
