Watch and listen as unexpected narratives expand and unravel all at once around you. Inside this immersive, 360-degree cinematic installation, you’ll get to look far beyond the frame.
Fragments of familiar and experimental films interact with song and audio clips in ever-changing, kaleidoscopic and kinetic collages. As time and space becomes elastic, viewers are opened to multiple meanings and perspectives by this seamless visual and surround-sound experience, with its playful and unsettling observations on popular culture.
Under her artist name, People Like Us, Vicki Bennett has been evolving the field of audiovisual collage since the early 1990s, cutting up and layering found footage and archives. Considering the way in which our senses process and respond to stimuli in everyday life, her work embeds hidden associations and connections below the surface of the raw source materials.

No fee when tickets are booked in person.
Booking fees are per transaction and not per ticket. If your booking contains several events the highest booking fee will apply. The booking fee may be reduced on certain events. Members do not pay booking fees.

Relaxed screening
The screening of Gone, Gone Beyond on Thu 11 Nov at 5.00pm will be Relaxed. A number of changes will be made to your experience which include:
The house will be opened early to allow you more time to find your seats.
A member of the Front of House team will lead a pre-show welcome talk.
The Front of House team are briefed on providing a more informal service and relaxing the standards in regard to audience behaviour during the performance.
Latecomer and re-admittance points will be relaxed to allow people to leave and re-enter the auditorium more freely.
The house lights will remain slightly raised to during the performance to ensure your safety if you need to move about.
Auditorium doors will be kept open during the performance to assist you in entering and exiting the theatre during the performance.
Some seats are kept off-sale so you can move around during the performance more freely (within reason and managed by the Front of House team).
A quiet chill out space is provided with comfortable seating.
