Box Office - Returns

If you are contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of the event you've booked, we are able to offer credit that you may use for future bookings. A charge of £3 per ticket will be deducted and the balance will be credited to your Barbican account to use on future bookings. 

Please visit your account where you can select the tickets you wish to return. If you have any questions, please use the below form to contact our Box Office team.

 

Performances within 24 hours

If you are looking to return tickets for a performance starting within 24 hours, we are unable to guarantee we can cancel in exchange for Barbican Credit. By adding your details below, you will be confirming that you are happy for us to offer your tickets up for resale. We can only offer for resale once a performance is sold out and another customer is looking to purchase. If we are successful, we will then cancel your tickets for Barbican Credit, minus a £3 charge (per ticket). 

Although nothing is guaranteed, we will do our very best to try and sell your tickets and there is often high demand for sold out performances. If we are able to provide credit, you will receive a confirmation email. Please complete the sections below or visit your account where you'll be able to select the tickets you wish to offer for resale.

 

If you don't have a seat number, please tell us how many seats you would like to return.

e-tickets are also available to download directly from your online account in the Orders and tickets section.

We don't refund membership in part or full, and won't retrospectively refund the membership fee once the membership has automatically renewed.

Your card will arrive within 4 weeks of your membership start date, unless you've chosen not to recieve a physical card. You can access your digital membership card at any time by logging into your online membership account.

Does your Membership renew/expire in the next 2 months?
Membership cards take up to four weeks to arrive. Please use your digital card or request a temporary proof at the Centre for the remainder of your Membership. We'll send you a new card when your Membership renews.

Memberships are set up to autorenew, so unless you have contacted us to cancel the autorenewal or there is a payment failure, you can sit back and your Membership will renew every year.

Current Members can renew on our website at any time here and the renewed Membership will start when the current one ends. If you'd like to change Membership type on renewal, please select 'Upgrading your Membership' on this form instead. It's not possible to upgrade on our website.
