Sir Stephen Fry joins Belarus Free Theatre for this in-conversation event about democracy and human rights on the world stage.
Marking performances of Belarus Free Theatre's KS6: Small Forward in The Pit, join us for a wide-ranging discussion about the company's extraordinary legacy of work. Over the past two decades, they have used politics, art – and now sport – to build a movement for democracy, human rights and freedoms.
Longstanding BFT supporter Sir Stephen Fry will be joined by Natalia Kaliada MBE, Belarus Free Theatre's co-founding Artistic Director, and Katsiaryna Snytsina, the basketballer and activist whose story is at the heart of their new show.
KS6: Small Forward launches BFT’s 20th anniversary in 2025, a landmark year to celebrate two decades on the world stage challenging dictators and building a movement for democracy, human rights and artistic freedoms.
