Learn how to make homemade gnocchi at this fun, participatory workshop in Barbican Kitchen.
Members are invited to take part in our interactive Sunday morning food workshop taking place in Barbican Kitchen with Head Chef Francesco. Having been at the Barbican for five years and part of the Benugo family even longer, Francesco has delivered many food workshops and is a informative, talented and engaging instructor.
In this class, he'll teach you how to make fresh gnocchi from scratch, complete with a homemade sorrentina (tomato and garlic) sauce and fresh mozarella.
You'll leave with the fundamentals of making the perfect gnocchi, plus anything that you make on the day. Members will also be offered a complimentary pastry and hot drink and the chance to chat with other Members on the morning.
We regret that our Gnocchi Workshop has had to be cancelled since our Head Chef is currently on leave due to personal reasons. Bookers have been contacted.
