Fired by the love of strong colour, Stephanie creates semi-abstracted paintings from her imagination, as well as exciting new work in stained glass, mosaic, and enamels.
Limited edition prints, soft cushions and blank greeting cards complete the collection. Inspiration comes from art shows at the Barbican and other galleries, extensive travel and an innate drive to experiment with materials and different compositions. Her aesthetic is rooted in her Brazilian childhood, and she finds joy in playing with paints, powdered enamels and sheets of coloured glass. The Barbican Libraries are located on Level 2 within the Barbican. They can be accessed from the main building via stairs or lifts from Level G or via Frobisher Crescent from the highwalks.
