Not a DJ. A Selecta. Psychedelic soul phenomenon Greentea Peng brings her Selecta DJ set to the Barbican’s late-night ClubStage with Greentea Selecta: a deep dive into Greentea Peng’s record collection with support from a handpicked roster of special guests, independent DJs and artists.

With her hypnotic vocals, Greentea Peng builds smoky soundscapes and spiritual anthems to create blissful neo-soul and dub-inflected sounds that have reverberated across London’s underground scene. Following the release of her 2021 debut album Man Made (AMF Records/EMI Release 2021) and a spellbinding COLORS performance, a triumphant year for the South East London singer was topped off by a feature in the BBC’s Sound of 2021 list. Since then, Greentea Peng has released a critically acclaimed mixtape Greenzone 108 and, this year, sold out Somerset House’s iconic Summer Series.

The Barbican’s ClubStage is a flexible late-night space in the Barbican’s iconic foyers, inviting audiences to celebrate multi-disciplinary artists and experience fresh events - from gigs to performance pieces, DJ sets and more.
