ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for exceptional people to work exclusively on this exhibition that forms part of ‘Frequencies’, a season that immerses visitors in sound and the frequencies that get us moving. This role will be primarily working on the ‘Feel the Sound’ Barbican Immersive exhibition and the ‘In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats’ immersive VR experience.

You will be a positive, flexible and motivated individual who provides an outstanding audience experience. We want people who will strive to exceed the expectations of our customers and deliver an experience that matches the quality of our exhibition.

FEEL THE SOUND

This summer sees the launch of our next ground-breaking exhibition Feel the Sound.  Our new immersive exhibition will rearrange what you think sound is. Feel the Sound includes multi-sensory installations that take you on a journey across locations in the Barbican, primarily in the Curve Gallery & Car Parks.

IN PURSUIT OF REPETITIVE BEATS

Taking place in the Pit will be an epic VR journey In Pursuit of Repetitive Beats. The experience takes visitors back in time to the heart of the Acid House scene with the UK's biggest VR experience.  Groups of four people will share the same virtual space and interact together as rave culture pioneers.
