NP2F is an architecture and urban planning office created in 2007 by Francois Chas, Nicolas Guérin, Fabrice Long and Paul Maître-Devallon. In 2011 they were commissioned by the Ministry of Culture to turn the warehouse site of Marnaise de Châlons-en-Champagne into the home of the National Circus Arts Center. The commission was followed, among others, by a study on both large scale and fragments of the city that measured the impact of sport in the city. The research, conducted in 2014 for the Pavilion de l’Arsenal, along with the exhibition design, catalogue editing and temporary play field, rediscovered the relation between the this activity and the city and its ability to absorb complex uses into constant urban renewal. Since then they have worked in small fragments and large urban planning for both private and public developments.
