10 years of Hackney Herbal

Fertile Ground

A group of people gather outside at tables. We see them through a patch of yellow flowers.

Join Hackney Herbal at this panel talk to discuss community herbalism and how it can help to nurture our communities.

How can we look after our community in the face of climate and geopolitical instability? Consider how plants and herbs can be used to promote health and well-being with Hackney Herbal founder Nat Mady and Herbologist Maya Thomas.

Celebrating 10 years of work that has helped to shape community, they'll take us through the benefits of some of our best loved and most accessible medicinal plants.

Hackney Herbal is a social enterprise that promotes wellbeing through herbs. They are passionate about connecting people with nature in a way that helps people develop strong values for looking after the land around them. They run a mixture of community projects, including garden volunteering, workshops and courses.
