Concierge M. Gustave (Ralph Fiennes) watches over the Grand Budapest hotel with total dedication and care. After guest Madame D (Tilda Swinton) leaves, she suffers a terrible fate. M. Gustave and his lobby boy (Tony Revolori) become embroiled in a plot which could prove fatal.
