Discover how to make the calzone's cousin panzerotti at this participatory workshop with Barbican Kitchen's Chef.

Join us on Sunday morning for an interactive, joyful workshop in creating small, folded pizzas known as panzerotti. Often mistaken for calzoni, panzerotti are smaller in shape and fried rather than oven baked. Italian Pizza Chef Victor guides you through selecting the right flour and different kneading techniques. You'll learn how to time the dough for fermentation and select the ideal ingredients, including vegetarian and meat options.

You'll leave with a fundamental knowledge in making panzerotti, plus anything that you make on the day. Plus enjoy a complimentary pastry and hot drink and the chance to chat with other Members.

We’ve reduced the number of participants for our cooking workshops so you’ll get even more guidance from our Chef.

Arrive via the Lakeside Terrace entrance on level G from 8.30am to enjoy your complimentary hot drink and pastry. The workshop will start promptly at 9am and finish at 10am so Barbican Kitchen can open to the public.

Suitable for vegetarians, not suitable for those with an intolerance to gluten or dairy.
