Roger Eno

with string quartet from the LCO

Roger Eno

British composer and pianist Roger Eno returns with his critically acclaimed solo release The Turning Year, a cinematic album driven by sprawling harmonies and fluid motion.

Eno’s 2022 solo debut on Deutsche Grammophon The Turning Year is an album of grace, melancholy and solace. It follows 2020’s celebrated Mixing Colours, his first full-length album recorded with his brother, Brian Eno.

A revered composer in theatre and film, Eno scored Trevor Nunn’s production of Harold Pinter’s Betrayal at the National Theatre and Nick Hornby’s Emmy-winning TV series State of the Union. With over a dozen solo albums under his belt, he's also collaborated with Peter Hammill, The Orb and Channel Light Vessel; alongside brother Brian and Daniel Lanois on Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks

Bringing his compositions to life against a backdrop of filmic-style visuals, Eno performs music from The Turning Year alongside a string quartet from the London Contemporary Orchestra, and material from the new EP, Rarities.
