Join us for a Yoga class to help you breathe into the heart and body and reinvigorate your daily habits as we move into the Aquarius season.
Aquarius, the penultimate air sign of the zodiac, blows in innovation, progression, rewriting your routine, rebelling against your old ways, and inviting the warmth of the qualities of the heart. The Air element governs the heart and the breath in the yoga traditions.
Led by Jediah Page, this class will incorporate the subtle and deep science of pranayama. Prana is the breath, the life force, and yama is to stretch, so we will be stretching our breath and bodies in an energising 75-min flow and breathing in the beautiful tropical oasis of the Conservatory's luscious greenery.
After the session, please feel welcome to join us and meet together to drink a complimentary herbal tea or coffee with your fellow yogis, Members and plant life. It's the perfect setting of serenity to float into February with a deepened appreciation for everything.
This event is open to Members and Members' Plus and up to three guests. Guests will require their own ticket. There are 30 spaces and it's open to all experience levels.
This event will run 10am-12pm, the yoga class will be 10-11.15am, with 45 minutes to enjoy the Conservatory with refreshments afterwards.
Heaters will be on for this session. Please remember to bring your own yoga mat and any layers to aid your comfort during the class.
